This unique event is inspired by the traditions of the famous Peter the Great Assemblies of the 18th century, when brilliant minds gathered to enrich each other's knowledge and ideas, opening up new horizons of thinking and progress. The modern Assembly revives the spirit of Peter the Great's time, offering professional education combined with a rich cultural program, creating a space for personal and professional development, and fostering stronger ties among representatives of the pharmaceutical industry.
The program is built on an intensive principle and divided into several parallel tracks aimed at developing new skills, both professional and personal competencies. Participants will experience a kind of "360-degree reboot."
Each student will be able to tailor their educational path by choosing the areas that are most relevant to them. The format is unique: each thematic track is presented through practical case studies, business games, and interactive master classes.

The second part of the program is dedicated to developing professional competencies through five educational pathways reflecting the transformation of the pharmaceutical industry:

// Digitalization and AI in pharmaceuticals: AI implementation in quality control and production, automation, validation, big data, and transformation prospects.
The program also includes a "Pharmaceutical Industry Leadership Academy" to develop leadership skills, strategic planning, change management, and corporate culture.
