From May 21 to 23, 2025, Almaty will once again become a center of attraction for the international medical and pharmaceutical community: the most significant and large-scale event of the industry will be held in the Atakent IEC - the 30th Anniversary Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition KIHE 2025

For three decades, KIHE has been a unique major industry event demonstrating achievements in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals in Central Asia and Kazakhstan, annually bringing together manufacturers, distributors, government representatives, science, medicine and business, doctors of various specialties, pharmacists, industry participants from different countries, forming a single professional space.

The relevance of the annual successful holding of the exhibition is explained by the development of the healthcare industry in Kazakhstan, demonstrating positive dynamics. According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan , 2.6 trillion tenge were allocated for healthcare in 2024. The exhibition's premieres will include diagnostic solutions and equipment with the integration of artificial intelligence technologies, robotic surgical systems, innovative high-precision devices and the design of complex systems for equipping clinics. The geography of exhibitors highlights the high interest in the Kazakhstan market: not only regular participants but also new companies will come to Almaty. The key event on May 21 will be the Kazakhstan MedInvest Forum , which will open with a plenary session "Health Capital of Kazakhstan: Investments, Partnerships, Innovations". Participants will discuss sources of financing, the investment climate, integration into the EAEU and the prospects for "smart" investments in healthcare. This will be followed by a panel discussion "Health Infrastructure: Partnerships and Solutions" dedicated to the role of PPP in the development of medical infrastructure, as well as a session "Development of Medical Tourism: Horizons of Central Asia", which will present the potential of Kazakhstan as a regional hub of medical services.

On the same day, a panel discussion by Medstandard will be held on the topic of "Modern trends in registration: the view of experts from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and the role of business in this process." The program will also include a conference of the Kazakh Society of Anesthesiologists and Resuscitators and a series of practical seminars from DNA-Technology, Vista Med, Grand Lens Nova, ALFALAB R&D, KAZANADA and 103.kz.

On May 22, the attention of the professional community will be focused on pharmaceutical issues. On this day, a plenary session "Pharmaceutical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan: realities and development prospects" will be held, followed by sessions on drug provision, regulation of drugs and the implementation of the labeling system. In parallel, a strategic session "Tariff policy of the Compulsory Medical Insurance System" will be held, during which experts will discuss the mechanisms of pricing and financing of medical organizations. In addition, the program of the second day includes a conference of heads of healthcare organizations and a panel session "Insurance: risks and synergy of systems". There will also be seminars from leading companies ITCO MED, STERIMED, 4clinic, Asia Medical Partners, ZYBIO Inc. and WELLGO.

On May 23, the program will continue its practical focus: participants will attend seminars by NASCO Healthcare Inc., MedRocket, and Laborpharma. The topics of the final day will cover modern technologies in medicine, working with patient experience, and innovative solutions for laboratory diagnostics.
