Conference programme – key events and topics

The exhibition's conference programme will feature more than 20 events covering the industry's most pressing topics.

On November 25, the first day of the exhibition, you may plan to attend the discussion session on pharmaceutical logistics – "ColdChain: Pharmaceutical Logistics." You'll learn about the current situation and prospects for expanding logistics geography, hear business cases from logistics operators, and get an overview of modern monitoring systems, the implementation of IoT technologies, and the automation of temperature control processes.

A roundtable discussion is planned for veterinary drug manufacturers: "From Import Substitution to Technological Leadership. New Challenges for Russian Veterinary Pharmaceuticals." Today, local products account for more than half of the local veterinary drug market, competing equally with foreign counterparts. Following a successful period of import substitution, a new awareness of the mission to achieve technological leadership is emerging. But what challenges stand in the way of achieving this goal?

The National Center for Standards (NCSS) will hold a session titled "Quality, Import Substitution, and Pharma 2030: New Horizons for the NCSS's Activities," where they will present new initiatives and areas of work aimed at strengthening local pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control systems in accordance with the priorities of the Pharma 2030 programme to strengthen the independence of the Russian pharmaceutical industry.

Labconcept Group will hold a session titled "Transfer, Adaptation, and Development of Pharmaceutical Methods to LicArt HPLC and Space CDS Software." Participants will explore a range of new instrumental and software solutions aimed at improving equipment quality and expanding software capabilities. Participants will also share their experiences transferring, optimising conditions, and implementing various pharmaceutical methods on the LicArt 62 HPLC. The updated functionality of Space CDS software, developed specifically for pharmaceutical companies, will also be discussed.

The first day of the exhibition will also feature the annual presentation of innovative quality projects by finalists of the GxP-PROFI 2025 competition. Leading quality experts will discuss the innovations they have already implemented and are actively using in their production facilities.

The Pharmtechprom forum will be held on November 26 and 27, the second and third days of the exhibition. The forum will feature several thematic sessions:

Raw Materials and Ingredients for Pharmaceutical Production

Packaging Materials and Equipment for Pharmaceutical Production

Technologies, Equipment, and Related Processes for Pharmaceutical Production. Part 1 and Part 2.

On November 26, the second day of the exhibition, there will be a roundtable discussion: "Dietary Supplements (DS): Analytics, Regulation, and Consumer Culture" and a master class: "The New Era of Dietary Supplements 2.0 – From Clinical Guidelines to Site Inspections." These events will be useful for anyone interested in the development of the dietary supplement market, trends in regulation and distribution, building quality control systems, and passing inspections.

On the same day, the exhibition will host its first roundtable discussion for cosmetics manufacturers: "The Skincare Market: Analysis, Regulation, Trends, and Growth Drivers." Legislative changes, their impact on the market, labelling, and documentation will be discussed.

Learn about workforce issues and solutions at the session "Construction Industry Training: New Challenges and Solutions." State HR policy will be discussed, including the implementation of the national "Personnel" project. Particular attention will be paid to the labour shortage and measures to overcome it.

IBC Nanotex will host a session titled "The Importance of Cross-Contamination Control. Disinfectants and Residues." Innovative solutions like Ncon help minimise risks. Biodecontamination technologies ensure deep and uniform disinfection, eliminating residues and preventing cross-contamination, even in hard-to-reach areas. Cross-contamination control is key to compliance with international standards. In the face of strict HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other quality management systems, maintaining hygiene standards becomes a competitive advantage.

Chemical Broker and Skygen will hold a session titled "SkyGen and Chemical Broker Satellite: The Evolution of Distribution and Raw Material Supply for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: Challenges, Cases, and Solutions." Speakers will discuss key challenges and opportunities in improving R&D and quality control efficiency, developing gene therapy, and ensuring independence in the supply of essential materials.

On November 27, the third day of the exhibition, a plenary session will be held. It will be divided into two parts: "Traceability of the Origin of APIs. From Experiment to Everyday Practice in the EAEU" and "The Second Wheel: Criteria, Rules, and Preferences."

In partnership with Sinoruss, we invite you to attend the practical seminar "Pharmaceutical Business with China: How to Establish a Joint Venture, Protect Intellectual Property, and Manage Payments." The three most pressing issues facing the industry today when working with Chinese partners will be discussed.

Statandox is the exhibition's conference programme partner.
