I believe this exhibition is very important for the industry. On the one hand, it's an image-building event, and on the other, it's an opportunity to sign new contracts and meet new people.
The guests range from pharmaceutical company owners to leading biotechnologists, technologists, and product end users. There are also students studying industry-related subjects. The exhibition attracts all market participants.
This is where effective interactions and relaxed communication take place, agreements on current and future projects are reached, and plans for the next period are outlined. It's also the introduction of new equipment that hasn't previously been on the market.

We've traditionally participated here without interruption. The company has been at this exhibition since 2004, and I personally have been there since 1996. The exhibition is exceptionally useful and well-organized.
Here you can meet all the key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical business in Russia and the CIS. This is the only exhibition we participate in in Russia. It's great that the attendees are highly knowledgeable people, with whom it's a pleasure to chat and discuss technical issues. Business owners and top managers come and share their plans for the future with us, which is very important.
This is also important because in today's business world, we rarely meet people in person, especially in Moscow, where traffic jams are constant. In-person meetings are practically nonexistent – everything is done via video conferences, phone calls, even instant messaging. No one calls on the phone anymore. But here, it's a chance to connect with people in person, see them, shake their hand, have a cup of tea, and find out how they're doing. It's both useful and very pleasant.
This year, we are sponsoring the exhibition and providing drinking water for visitors. This is very important to us, as our company's mission is to support natural water purification mechanisms.

This exhibition is extremely business-oriented. Our stand is packed with buyers and business discussions every day—there's not a single day that's not busy. In this regard, I can say the event is extremely beneficial for us and, I believe, for other market participants.
What makes an exhibition more interesting than one-off meetings or customer visits? Because during the event, we receive a broad cross-section of information at the moment, from which we can draw both strategic and tactical conclusions.

What do we like about this exhibition? Because we can sit down with our clients. This doesn't happen very often—we always have to travel far or not always have the time. This year, we organized our first satellite event, where we discussed global trends, developments in the pharmaceutical industry, and the supply of equipment and reagents.
