Exhibitors and visitors generally apply for a business or tourist invitation. Once the invitation is ready, they can independently apply to the local consulate of the Russian Federation to obtain a visa to Russia.

The set of documents should also comprise medical insurance for the entire stay in the Russian Federation, which can also be obtained from Visa-Russian.ru.

Invitation for a Business Visa

A regular business visa is suitable for business visits to Russia to negotiate, conclude contracts, and participate in exhibitions, conferences, or other business meetings and events.

A business visa is issued on behalf of a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation. According to the cooperation agreement with ITE, Visa-Russian.ru, represented by Travelmart Service LLC, can act as an inviting organization for exhibitors, visitors, and partners of ITE exhibitions.

The most common type of business invitation is for a double-entry business visa valid for up to 90 days.

A business invitation is processed in 20 business days. After that, one should apply for a visa at the Consulate of the RF.

Invitation for a Tourist Visa

A tourist visa is the easiest and fastest way to obtain a visa to the Russian Federation.

A visa voucher may be issued within one (1) business day.

It may be issued for a stay of up to 30 days in Russia, with the right to a single entry.

It is obligatory to book accommodation for the entire stay in Russia via Visa-Russian.ru.
